Our vision is clear: Find the best way to achieve better results for our clients

The “Industry Standard” is not our standard, our aim is to operate at a higher level for each and every one of our clients. The objective should be to make the process of sourcing, buying, producing and delivering products as simple, clear and quick as possible with minimal disruptions at the best possible prices. We want to evolve the way company’s source and purchase their essential Personal Protective Equipment, Workwear, Clothing and other consumables to a more streamlined and value-added experience. We want to deliver the right balance between price and value.

Generally speaking, purchasing PPE will be a “small” task, at least “on paper”, for a purchasing department however it never works out that way in practice. From experience and listening to our clients we can see that purchasing and handing out these products can take a disproportionate amount of time from start to finish than it should, in an ideal world.

Why? It can seem like a chaotic and illogical mess with delays, mistakes and disruptions at every turn – This is the feedback we receive from our clients about competitors. This is the “industry standard”, the norm or at least that is the perception buyers hold.

OUR APPROACH TO SITUATIONS

Our vision is to change that perception as we have for our clients – This may seem a bold statement to make however we can back this up with data, reporting and evidence. Our systems, tools and service are designed to alleviate a lot of the pressure, to identify potential pain points and execute exactly what was ordered, when it was expected. We work very closely with every client to ensure that all matters are in hand and should a situation arise we will not rest until we have the best resolution. In short, BHI will do what we say when we say we will do it.

COHESION & COLLABORATION

Each customer will have pain points whether that be financial, productivity, processes or support, these pain points aren’t a bad thing they are an opportunity to resolve the issues and make our clients lives easier all the while saving them time and money in the process. We have a method of doing “the leg work” so you don’t have to. In a way BHI don’t deal in PPE we deal in situation resolution, presenting our clients with opportunities and solutions to resolve the matters at hand and preventing them and others down the line. There will always be a better way and taking that approach is exactly what makes BHI the difference makers compared to our competitors.
