Along with the ethical approach to business, BHI have always had an overriding objective to make dealing with us as easy as possible. We are not “just a PPE supplier” who will take orders – BHI are continually looking for solutions, better products, new innovations and opportunities to help make our clients lives easier and deliver added value BHI provide many services which operate in the background to ensure that mistakes are kept to a minimum. However, when mistakes do happen, the elements which separates BHI from the competition is the way we deal with those situations and remedy them in short order.
The primary focus is resolving the clients pain point – we will not rest until this has been resolved and our client is satisfied the situation is in hand. Our business is built upon relationships and relationships only work if there is trust.
An easy to use portal, repeatable orders function, total control over all orders and logos, historical reporting for cost centres, predictable spending patterns, unique user data to analyse where the most spend is focused, Specific data to limit user allowances and check on how many products have been used by each member of staff.
Other suppliers will try and chase down prices in the hopes that they will attract your attention. On the face of it this may work but dig a little deeper and you may find out the decrease in price will most certainly impact the level of service you will receive.
Never have to worry about the chaos of handing out staff PPE and workwear again. BHI will pack every piece into a clear pack, labelled clearly and with oversight as to what each pack contains. This is useful for all staffing quantities, multiple sites, multiple operational areas or even for staff home delivery.
One of the main bones of contention we hear from new customers is the way they have been let down by their previous supplier.
